The Facebook games she is mainly having trouble with is Words with friends and Bubble Witch Saga ..

This is her problem: I need help with something....I can't play Words With Friends since I've upgraded my Firefox...anyone know how to fix the problem...I've upgraded all my shockwave and whatever else I would need...and it still doesn't work...HELP!

I can't even play Bubble Witch Saga because I am stuck at the one level that needs to be unlocked and I can't send any help requests!

Hi angel12774,

Have you looked at the Knowledge Base article Fix problems with Facebook games, chat and more? There is a lot of good troubleshooting information in there. Please be sure to try all of the suggested steps. Each one is valuable and may be the answer to your issue.

Hopefully this helps!

I have sent the link to my friend. I hope she can figure it out. Sometimes i have issues with FF after an upgrade or and update has been installed. What has helped me mostly is to do a restore from the most recent restore point. Most of the time that helps.

Thanks Matt.
