Just a quick first test. Open Firefox in Safe Mode - Hold the Shift key down as you open Firefox with the usual double click>ignore the page that opens>Continue and then try to access Privacy. This is a long shot but if you can access Privacy in Safe Mode then you probably have an extension problem and you should work through this to find the culprits - https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Troubleshooting%20extensions%20and%20themes If there is no improvement, someone else will pick up this thread as I won't be around.
