Hi, When I send to my account, I get back the message about full Inbox or too many mails sent. It is true that once I've sent several messages from my private to business mail to backup. Since then I have this problem. I cleaned inbox, so it's certainly not a problem with it. In this way I cannot receive any messages... Does anyone has an idea what would be the issue? Thank you very much for your support

Trash is empty too? What about Spam/Junk folders? Archive folders are sane? Have you run the File > Compact Folders option?

This is a limitation of your e-mail provider, so you need to stay within the limits they've set. It doesn't have to do with TB. (or buy more storage space/upgrade your e-mail account)

If you want to find any culprit messages, attachments are a good first target. Sort your various folders (especially archives) by attachment column and ID any that can be removed. You can also 'detach' attachments you no longer need to save space. (and store them locally, but retain the content of the message)

Another option is to save/export some/all Archive folders locally to a backup location and then delete them from within TB. I do this with business clients for Archives 5+ years old. If they really need an e-mail that old (and not just for record retention legal purposes) then I can load that Archive back up for them so they can get access.

Thanks a lot! Actually it's funny...I had a little messages, and the biggest was around 300 KB... Still I did further cleaning... Now finally is working again! I appreciate your help
