Not all my email folders are listed under Synchorization & Storage and Advanced
I installed Thunderbird on my Windows10 laptop. It installed without any problems but I noticed that all of my email folders did not copy over, many are missing. I went to Account settings/Synchronization & Storage and clicked the Advanced button. That showed a list of all my email folders, but that list is not correct. How do I get all my email folders to appear?

If you right-click the account in the Folder Pane, Subscribe, click Refresh, do all the folders appear and can they be checked, i.e. subscribed?

After following your steps and refreshing my Thunderbird, all the folders appeared. Thanks.
