Good day,

I need to be able to have a different zoom setting for separate tabs from the same site.

So far, all the zoom addons ive found only set a preset zoom according to the site rather than the individual tab.

Any help on this?

Thanks!

You can disable site specific zoom.

  • about:config page: browser.zoom.siteSpecific = false

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.

Hi, thanks,

Are you sure this will allow me to have variably zoomed tabs but from the same site. Ive tried what seems a very similar solution, and since my tabs are from the same site, when i try to change the zoom level they all change.

I really appreciate your time and effort, happy new year!

You can rename (or delete) the content-prefs.sqlite file to content-prefs.sqlite.old in the Firefox profile folder to reset the page zoom for all websites.
