Firefox randomly crashes when using application website

Firefox crashes randomly when users accessing application URL. The crash is very random and so unable to reproduce the error consistently. The Browser is published and access through Xenapp 6.5 by user. The following is crash report. Any help will be much appreciated

Hi ramtamilan, could you provide either

  • the bp- crash report ID
  • the full URL to the report on the crash stats server (the page that loads after you click a submitted report ID link)

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

this report is apparently from firefox 12 which was already outdated, insecure and unsupported years ago - please use a current version of the browser instead...
