can't change email due to "security reasons"

I have changed of email. I tried to add an secondary email and firefox blocked due to "security reasons". I tried to delete my account and create another one and I could not do it due to "security reasons"

the problem was my VPN address, I an using NordVPN with a Canada server. once I changed to a US server everthing went fine
