I get the error "The page isn't redirecting properly" when trying to open my earthlink email. I checked and my cookies are enabled.
This started happening a couple of days ago. It doesn't happen on other sites and doesn't happen on earthlink when my wife signs in on the same computer as a different user.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
I ended up loading Firefox 3.5 and then upgrading to 3.6.19 and that worked. Not sure why.
