I was told that I have a previous version of your browser so I did the update and now I have nothing. I uninstalled and reinstalled twice and get a black box that says"close Firefox" but no way to get it to close. No button to click, just a little black box. Please help me. Gini

hello Gini, did you have the problem on a pc? if so please update to Firefox 33.0.1 from here: https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/
