the history cant be refreshed and i have tried safety mode
My firefox can't refresh the history. I have tried the safety mode and even reset the options. But invalid. How can I do?

You can check the history settings.
To see all the History and Cookie settings, select:
- Tools > Options > Privacy > History: Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history"

If you have problems with saving (new) history then a possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.

You can also try to repair the places database with this extension:

I'm not sure what you mean by refresh. Are you trying to erase (or delete) your browsing and/or download history?
