account subfolders missing

I have lost the subfolders on one of my Thunderbird accounts. This is a POP account. I have another IMAP account which is fine. The main account still shows in the list b… (ďalšie informácie)

I have lost the subfolders on one of my Thunderbird accounts. This is a POP account. I have another IMAP account which is fine. The main account still shows in the list but no subfolders. The data file still shows in the Profile/Mail folder but I am not able to select this file in the Copies and folders in settings for this account. The only option I get is for the other IMAP account. Could someone please steer me in the right direction.

I received some Arabic-language emails written in the Perso–Arabic script. The default fonts severely impede Arabic readability, so I went about changing them. I accessed the fonts configuration via the "Advanced" button in the "Language & Appearance" section. Font settings per writing system (Latin, Arabic, etc.) are ostensibly offered, but I have not observed any such settings take effect after experimenting with the Arabic and Latin settings.

I have managed to only change the fonts globally (i.e. across all scripts) via "Other Writing Systems". Did those per-script font settings become deprecated at some point, or am I interpreting/using it wrong?

Thunderbird gives message "user is authenticated but not connected" using imap.

Using thunderbird to connect to the mail server outlook.office365.com with imap gives the message "user is authenticated but not connected" . I have 2 accounts on this… (ďalšie informácie)

Using thunderbird to connect to the mail server outlook.office365.com with imap gives the message "user is authenticated but not connected" . I have 2 accounts on this server and one works fine and the other gives this message. This occurs on both Windows 10 and Windows 11. Latest version of Thunderbird is being used. Any help would be appreciated.
