Primary computer user wishes to access Firefox on her desktop. When icon clicked, notice received that "Firefox is running. To open another session, close the original." But, Firefox does not show up on this desktop except as an icon. Suspect it has something to do with the Windows XP used to access programs not accessible via Windows 7. Unable to delete XP programs as part of accounting program not available on Windows 7.

Hi

I've been through this 7 unit til I'm about to heave it into the garbage and cannot find where the profile is. Suspect it has the info I'm looking for but after chasing Windows and the task manager, can't find anything to hook my fingers on.

Good Luck
