I can open firefox and it is fine, but as soon as i try and search from the google tab or enter any web address in the web address bar it crashes. Everytime, every website. Nothing works.

I have tried deleting firefox and my profile and re-installing both firefox and my profile. I have tried windows update, i have tried safe mode (still crashes in safe mode), i have updated all the plugins to the latest version.

The only thing that works is if i log out of my windows profile and then log in as administrator and it works in the administrator profile

Crash ID is the following : https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/bp-b58366aa-bf8c-4ee2-9b9d-249fe2130114

The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information. Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.

To Reset Firefox do the following:

  1. Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
  2. Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
  3. Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
  4. Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

Further information can be found in the Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings article.
