Received a mail from a no-response mailer. The email has what looks like a .doc file embedded rather than attached. How can I access this .doc? This is how the embedded text starts ..

You can't embed documents. And look, it says "Content-Disposition: attachment;".

I presume the real problem here is that Thunderbird doesn't offer it as an attachment.
