Is there an add-on for Thunderbird version 91 for importing emails from Windows Live Mail?

I tried "importexporttools-3.3.2" and it says it is has been corrupted, and besides it says it is for Thunderbird 14.0 - 60.

The current version is 11.1. Go to tools>addons and download the latest version,
