We have two email addresses. We want that both the Inbox and Sent files of the two email accounts are readable/accessible by the two accounts-how to do it?
We are a team. We want each of us to be reading, responding to each and every emails we receive. We normally travel to diffent clients thus it is very important that we have access to each emails sent to us by each client - both the incoming email and the response that anyone of us is sending. As it is, we dont see or read the response sent by the other team members. Only the response one sent is readable by the sender. thanks

Sounds like you are using pop mail accounts and need to be using IMAP ones.
