Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because one of the following protocols (rtsp) isn't associated with any program or is not allowed in this context.

You might need to install other software to open this address.

What happened and what do I do Thanks

RTSP stands for Real Time Streaming Protocol and is a protocol that a media player can use to show streamed media content. Media player like RealPlayer and Windows Media Player should be able to handle this protocol.

Hello there,

Do you currently have the latest Firefox version? This issue has been fixed and you should be good with the latest update. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/update-firefox-latest-version

If the update doesn't solve the issue then you might consider clearing your cache and cookies on Firefox:

1. Tap the "menu" button and select "Preferences" 2. Tap "Privacy" and choose "Clear private data" 3. Put a check mark next to the items you want to clear and then tap "Clear data"

Hope this helps!
