so whom told you to do that? Did they help before telling you to do this?

While in the app Mozilla said looks like Firefox is very slow. A link to how to improve was followed and told to refresh. I followed the instructions but now get the profile can’t be found and it doesn’t open the app.

If you don't have an Old Firefox Data folder on your desktop, your Profile data - all your passwords and bookmarks - probably disappeared when Firefox was closed during the Refresh process.

No just do it and passwords etc wouldn’t be lost across the bottom of the window

If I don’t have the old Firefox data how do I get Firefox to work. Trash it and download again? I I have the old Firefox folder where Ti I put it so Firefox will launch again?
