You can try to disable OMTC and leave hardware acceleration in Firefox enabled.
- about:config page: layers.offmainthreadcomposition.enabled = false
You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.
You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.
Type about:preferences#content<enter> in the address bar. Across from fonts and colors, press the Advanced button. On the bottom, turn on Allow Web Sites To Choose Their Own.
Thank you for replying.. is there a way that you guys can guide me through a process where I will know where to click? Because all I can see is combo boxes, arrows and icons but no text at all. If I select the text I CAN'T read it either. And I'm talking about websites AND the very own Firefox browser menu.
Thank you again!
Aldo

nope.. I don't. Funny thing is that I can actually use chrome, safari and explorer. Image attached so you can see my firefox screen.
Let me use your walktrough right now
"Allow Web Sites To Choose Their Own" option is ON. Nothing happened. Everything's blurry and with no text. Even the options menu of the program itself.
Maybe FF is not compatible with this LCD or screen resolution?
Sorry if the image is sideways, forgot to rotate it, but you get the point

Download Firefox Full Installer For All languages And Systems {web link} Save the file. Then;
Using your file browser, open the Programs folder on your computer.
Windows: C:\Program Files C:\Program Files (x86) Mac: Open the "Applications" folder. Linux: Check your user manual.
Look for, and rename any Mozilla and Firefox folders by adding .old to them.
Now run the full installer. If all goes well, remove the OLD folders when you are done.
well... it didn't went well
still blurry and no text at all...
do you mind if I create a join.me session, I share my screen and give you remote control?
