Emails to an important client are 'undelivered'. How can this be rectified?

It looks to me that the recipient's host has blacklisted your host because some domain, using the same host as you do, is sending phishing emails. Contact your webhost and see if they can have the blacklist lifted. In the meantime, try using a mail service that is not blocked; you can add your address to a gmail or outlook account as a valid sending address.
