Please make larger (expand to full window) SUBSCRIBE window and ITEMS FOR OFFLINE USE window. Add SELECT/UNSELECT ALL buttons
Dear support,
Please make larger (expand to full window button) SUBSCRIBE window. It is typically open with Right Click- Subscribe or File-Subscribe. I am aware that can drag the window edges to make it larger, but standard windows top right min max off buttons would be great.
I have folder structure of over 100 folders sub-folders etc. Need to click on each small check-box. It is tiring. Please add functionality to SUBSCRIBE SELECT ALL, SUBSCRIBE UNSELECT ALL, Would be great to be able to select main folder and have all sub-folders selected with SUBSCRIBE SELECT ALL SUBFOLDERS.
Please make larger (expand to full window button) ITEMS FOR OFFLINE USE window window. It is typically open File-Offline-Download Messages...-Select... I am aware that can drag the window edges to make it larger, but standard windows top right min max off buttons would be great.

I can help with one of your issues.
Select the first folder with a click. Scroll down, if necessary, and select the last folder with a shift+click.
All items between the two are also selected and so you can now subscribe/unsubscribe en bloc.
I was disappointed and surprised to find that the usual ctrl+a (select all) didn't work in this window.
They have chosen a dialogue style (or similar) window here. I imagine that they haven't provided maximize/minimize buttons because due to the indeterminate nature of ts contents, there's no guarantee that it will always be able to show all of the selected account's folders and subfolders. So an arbitrary full-screen size is hardly any better than any other default size. Also it would be ugly if stretched to full width.

Right click, select server settings then the advanced button. Deselect show only subscribed folders.
Thanks for good advise for high-lighting range of folders with Shift key and then Select at once all range . Does help. Appreciate your help.
On the other hand, having standard windows MIN MAX CLOSE buttons should help anyway. I vote to add them to to Subscribe, Off line use windows.

Thanks for reply. I did try; Right click, select server settings then the advanced button. However, sorry but do not see how this action helps to easier high-light range of folders.

RE: window size - eg; width/height of open window.
I find that if I manually expand the size of the window to a desired size and then click on 'OK' to close the window, it is remembered so that in future it always opens at that size, even if I exit Thunderbird.
Good news, After restart did show ALL folders as expected. May be good idea to display msg. "Need restart in order change to take effect" for every setting that require so.
