I am assuming that you mean for this forum.
Click on your Username at the top of this page, then select Edit Profile. Then use the Change button to the right of your email address. Then on the next page use the Change my email button. Then follow the instructions.
If my assumption was incorrect, exactly which Mozilla sub-domain or Mozilla program are you asking about?
