The crash reports are empty. May a clean reinstall will help?
Certain Firefox problems can be solved by performing a Clean reinstall. This means you remove Firefox program files and then reinstall Firefox. Please follow these steps:
Note: You might want to print these steps or view them in another browser.
- Download the latest Desktop version of Firefox from http://www.mozilla.org and save the setup file to your computer.
- After the download finishes, close all Firefox windows (click Exit from the Firefox or File menu).
- Delete the Firefox installation folder, which is located in one of these locations, by default:
- Windows:
- C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox
- Mac: Delete Firefox from the Applications folder.
- Linux: If you installed Firefox with the distro-based package manager, you should use the same way to uninstall it - see Install Firefox on Linux. If you downloaded and installed the binary package from the Firefox download page, simply remove the folder firefox in your home directory.
- Windows:
- Now, go ahead and reinstall Firefox:
- Double-click the downloaded installation file and go through the steps of the installation wizard.
- Once the wizard is finished, choose to directly open Firefox after clicking the Finish button.
Please report back to see if this helped you!

Anyway, I'll try the solution you sugested and let you know about the results...
Thanks! Check you plugins at the same time.
Please check if all your plugins are up-to-date. To do this, go to the Mozilla Plugin Check site.
Once you're there, the site will check if all your plugins have the latest versions. If you see plugins in the list that have a yellow Update button or a red Update now button, please update these immediately.
To do so, please click each red or yellow button. Then you should see a site that allows you to download the latest version. Double-click the downloaded file to start the installation and follow the steps mentioned in the installation procedure.
I wrotte you so many times and you didnt fix anything. Tis is normal to you, mozilla? Crash after crash and not a single fix? And with the latest version of mozilla too, mozilla 21.0. Check the date and the hours, crash after crash in an interval of 5 seconds. This should habe been a prioritty for you mozilla. And this is only for this year, 2013.
Crash after crash in a 5 minute window - 20 crashes with the latest version, 21.0 too.

And the crashes keep coming right in the moment we are speaking.
I beg you, fix this crashes. Help me with this repeated mozilla crashes.
Hello,
Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration. Since this feature was added to Firefox, it has gradually improved, but there still are a few glitches.
You might need to restart Firefox in order for this to take effect, so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.).
Then perform these steps:
- Click the orange Firefox button at the top left, then select the "Options" button, or, if there is no Firefox button at the top, go to Tools > Options.
- In the Firefox options window click the Advanced tab, then select "General".
- In the settings list, you should find the Use hardware acceleration when available checkbox. Uncheck this checkbox.
- Now, restart Firefox and see if the problems persist.
Additionally, please check for updates for your graphics driver by following the steps mentioned in the following Knowledge base articles:
Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems
Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL
Did this fix your problems? Please report back to us!
Thank you.

Did not work. Still crashing. What next? The problem is at mozilla, and they(mozilla) doesnt answer back no matter how much I write to them about this mozilla crashes.
The problem is at mozilla, and they dont want to fix it. I wrotte them many times but they keep sending me an email in wich they tell me to use crash reporter from their web page, but I was doing that every time and nothing from their part, not a single answer and not a single fix. Mozilla firefox is still crashing. I even send them my computer hardware configuration and still nothing from them, not a single fix. With every single browser update they mess things up even more.

I even sent them the DxDiag file and nothing from their part to resolve the problem with this mozilla crashes.
Hello,
The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information. Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.
To Reset Firefox do the following:
- Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
- Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
- Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
- Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.
Further information can be found in the Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings article.
Did this fix your problems? Please report back to us!
Thank you.
Hi Arbok,
Have you already been corresponding with someone from Mozilla about this ?
(if so, Who ?)
or are you just referring to comments you may have made when submitting crash reports.

Personally I do not understand the bug report but it does mention sessionstore, and with such frequent crashes you may well have messed up and multiple sessionstore files.
It may help to clear those. That will mean you loose open tabs and pinned tabs and any tab groups, so if any of those are important bookmark them first. Then delete (or better still rename by prefixing with old) your sessionstore files, and any numbered backup copies.
First of all find the Firefox profile, that is easiest if Firefox stays open long enough for you to use the troubleshooting option, see
- Profiles - Where Firefox stores your bookmarks, passwords and other user data#_how-do-i-find-my-profile
scroll the article for instructions if Firefox crashes and can not be used.
Next delete the sessionstore.js files and any numbered copies.
- see http://kb.mozillazine.org/Multiple_profile_files_created#Read-only_or_locked_files_in_the_profile
I can not guarantee that will work but it is worth trying.

John99 is correct about the crash reports. In regards to the 3rd crash report, I too experience it but that it's my fault since I don't keep things up to date. It is caused by Realplayer and Shockwave Flash. Please update both of them to see if it helps.
It appears all to be fine now, for the moment. I updated Shockwave Flash and since I don't have Realplayer all seems to be fine now. Fingers crossed.
Thank you so much for your help. I will write here if all that crashes appears again.
For the moment it's all good.
Thank you all for your help.
Thanks for posting back. Glad it is working again. I will mark it solved with feer56's answer. Should the problem re-occur you may mark it as not solved and provide further information.
Did you include contact email details on your crash reports by the way ?
It started crashing again right after I updated adobe flash plugin and adobe shockwave.
So, I guess its a problem from mozilla.
Because I deleted all my saved sessionstore too, all of them.
So far just one more crash since I made the plugin update that you told me. Just one.

Maybe someone working on a related bug will find a solution. I did post a comment in one of the reports myself as I thought FlashPlayer may be an important correlation if it solved your problem, but it has not.
Firefox obviously is not crashing for everyone. At least as a troubleshooting step and workaround you will need to run Firefox in safe mode with plugins disabled and in a clean profile. That may stop the crashes and give a clue as to what is causing the problem. At least it may give a better crash report.
It is considered advanced to run multiple profiles and something we do not try to support, it is considered too complex for some Firefox users. It is however not terribly complicated. If you do that it may enable you to use Firefox day to day with fewer or no crashes and only use the profile with extensions and plugins enabled when you need them. (An even simpler alternative may be to install Firefox portable as an additional browser.)
I will change this thread to unsloved.
Do you allow email contact when you submit crash reports ?
Do you still get crashes in safe mode with plugins disabled ? if so can you try to paste in a few none empty crash reports.
Yes, I allow email contact when I submit crash reports, but in the email that they sent me every time they tell me to go to their web page and use submit crash report. And I did that everytime I crashed and still nothing from them to solve this repeated mozilla crashs. This is the only message that I received from them, from mozilla:
Mozilla Firefox
Your Firefox crashed. We're so sorry.
Dear Firefox user,
Recently, your Firefox crashed and we're really sorry about that. We'll use the crash report and comments that you sent to try to make sure it doesn't happen again. Until then, here are a couple of things you can do to prevent further crashes:
1. If you're not already using the latest version of Firefox, please download and install it now from mozilla.org.
2. Please check out this support article, which explains how to troubleshoot the cause of a crash and how to get help fixing it.
Thanks, Mozilla Firefox
P.S. This message was sent by one of our friendly Mozilla email bots. Please don't try to reply — they're terrible at receiving email. Instead, you can give feedback directly to our Firefox developers (real people) at our Input site.
Mozilla 650 Castro St., Ste 300 Mountain View CA 94041-2021
Mozilla Privacy Policy.
The email address was rarely used at all. Recently they have started using it to send emails. *
They sometimes contact users who report problems because they are having difficulty recreating the bug but I think that is relatively rare.
*
And that reminds me that the new emails did initially have incorrect links in them. You still have yours, what are the links it contains please?
The link to the feedback site may be used, but there is probably little point in doing so about the bug, because any remedial action is controlled from bug reports, and you will not get any response yourself from the feedback.
I did deliberately crash Firefox and so generated a Crash report. Their links are improved but still wrong. The email I received did not include a correct link to my crash report ! (See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/forums/contributors/709164?last=52559 )
