Can't setup sync account on new SGS2 - no option add new device
Ive set up FF for its sync account. Then I go to my Android SGS2 then open FF mobile check enable sync and tap the connect button which says incorrect user-name and password underneath. Then it give me the 12 digit encryption key and says put this key into my other device.
However Firefox on my PC does not have this option instead it does the same as the phone and gives me another 12 digit key!!!!
Driving me knutys.
Hope someone can point me in the right direction

Have you set up the computer first?
I will recommend you to read this article: Use Sync to share your Firefox bookmarks, passwords and more with Firefox for mobile
It will guide you through the process. If you get stuck in any step, let me know and I can help you.
Sorry I thought the statement "I've set up FF for its sync account." would be taken as meaning I had set-up the computer first.
Also I referenced the fact that Firefox on my PC does not have this option instead it does the same as the phone and gives me another 12 digit key!!!!
Yes I have set up the computer first.
I don't have the option to add a device on the Android device it just gives me the 12 digit code
I fixed it sort of. Just had to start whole process again with another email address. TEh old one seems to have corrupted the sync account.
Anyway that went fine Sync works now. However if I have to replace the phone again Ill have to set up another email address to get it to work again.
Seems like a bug to me. You can try and delete your sync account but it says some stuff about dinosurs??
