All my four e-mail accounts stopped working today at the same time, how can I solve that?

My four e-mail accounts stopped downloading new messages, and I can't send messages or save drafts. It keeps "looking" for the the login and spinning but doesn't pass that step. However I can see the list of e-mails and read them, so the connection is fine, and history of messages are there.

When I login online, my e-mail accounts work on their respective web addresses.

What can be the problem here? Is it reaching too many messages? I tried to remove one of the accounts but it didn't work.

If everything cannot send or receive then this sounds like either Thunderbird is in offline mode or Thunderbird is being blocked by your Firewall.

To check if Thunderbird is in offline mode: Look bottom left corner of Status Bar. Do you see 'two blue screen' icon? If yes, Thunderbird is online.

If you see a 'two black screen' icon, Thunderbird is in offline mode. Click on that 'two black screen' icon to go back to online mode.

Close Thunderbird Access Firewall Make sure Thunderbird is an allowed program otherwise the Firewall will block it's access to the internet.
