Thunderbird marks email as junk
Thunderbird continues to mark legitimate email as junk even after I go through all emails in Inbox and mark either as junk or not junk. I have done this countless times. Have entered all legitimate email addresses in address book as was suggested and marked that those in address book are OK. Go back and change all junk marked email as OK, then run junk filter. Again, goes back to incorrectly marking. No idea what to do next. Have tried everything I could find. No soap.

Are you sure that it's Thunderbird that is marking the messages as junk? Many email providers have server software that identifies suspected spam before you receive it, and on some of them the function is turned on by default. If you haven't done so already I suggest that you log in to your provider's website and check that the 'spam filter' etc. is turned off.
