Hi, for some reason when I post/share SOME (NOT ALL) videos from Facebook on my profile page, I CAN view it, but when I click on the "View As" option, the video does not show up on my profile page; even though, I permit the video to be seen by the PUBLIC. I tried viewing it in IE and it displays just fine. Why can't I see it on Firefox but I CAN see it in IE?

Hello Hvnly777,

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following:

  1. Click the menu button New Fx Menu, choose History, and then "Clear Recent History...".
  2. Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
  3. Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
  4. From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
  5. Now click the "Clear Now" button.

Hi,

No, this did not resolve the problem. I tried the "View As" option and the videos are still not displaying; even though, I have them set to "Public" viewing. What's strange is that I can VIEW them on my profile timeline, but they don't display for others. I don't understand what's going on. They DO display in Internet Explorer.

Also, I had to follow your instructions from my top "History" browser menu option because there's nothing that says history from the menu option with the three bars.
