Hi guys,

I used for a long time Mozilla Thunderbird for multiple mailboxes. Now, when I try to access one of them, I get this message: "Unable to log in at server. Probably wrong configuration, username or password".

I use Zoho services for mailboxes, but all the other mailboxes are working properly with same settings. I changed password, deleted mailbox account in order to try to set it up again, but didn't work.

Can you please help?

I suggest you configure manually and enter your zoho user name. Otherwise it will be trying to log in using the email address as such.
