I imported other data from another browser but I dont see the data anywhere.
I selected both bookmarks and other data. I wanted to transfer my passwords but they are not there. Did I miss a step?

No, passwords generally do not transfer ever. Also do not mention from what you were transferring from.

Ya, I know. But did you actually get the data from Safari as I believe they only allow Bookmarks to be transferred.
