I am using Linux. At the top of my screen right now it says that I need to upgrade my firefox. There is a button that leads me to the upgrade, so I download it. Then it shows a window that says Archive at the top of the screen and has buttons such as "Open" and "Extract." Where do I go from there? If I close out or "extract" nothing happens and it says I still need to upgrade. I have no idea what I'm doing and I need help. I looked through other questions and tried to find anwers but I haven't been able to find any. Thank you for your time.

Please read Update Firefox to the latest release and Install Firefox on Linux, that should guide you in installing Firefox.

I'm sorry, but I've already read those and they didn't help.
