I am a Windows 10 user running current version of Firefox and have enabled Multirow Bookmarks Toolbar Plus version 1.8, and although enabled this option isn't retained. Each time I start Firefox I have to go into options and select OK to get the bookmarks to show. It still shows enabled but I need to go into options and reply OK to the options. I have been using multirow bookmarks for quite some time. It is very puzzling. I am not very technical so hope someone here can help me.

I have selected the following options:

     Support Multirow development
     Enable Autohide
Max number of rows to display 8
     Move bookmarks toolbar to bottom

Regards...........Ralph

Contact the developer of that add-on on his Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/multirow

You can check for problems with preferences.

Delete possible user.js and numbered prefs-##.js files and rename/remove the prefs.js file to reset all prefs to the default value including prefs set via user.js and prefs that are no longer supported in current Firefox releases.

There is software like Advanced SystemCare with its Surfing Protection feature that can protect files in the Firefox profile folder against changes. If you have such software then check the settings or uninstall this software.

Sorry I took so long to respond but got real busy with grandchildren duty. I am not technical so did not try .js changes suggested. I tried the link to the developer website but could not find how to let them know of my problems. I am redirected on their facebook page (I do not use facebook) but could not find out how to send them a message. I tried uninstalling and re-installing but that didn't fix the problem. I guess being an ignorant user I will just have to go back to my old ways which is too bad as I liked this add-on.

Thanks for taking the time to respond.

Regards............Ralph
