I would like to watch church services live via Firefox just like I'm able to do through Internet Explorer. When I click on the link it states that I need to download the plug in manually, but I don't know how to do this. I'm able to watch via Internet Explorer and it updates the plug ins automatically. I have windows 7 Ultimate, 64 bit with windows media player 12.

The site uses Adobe Flash, you need to install the version of Adobe Flash used by Firefox.

  1. Using Firefox, download the Adobe Flash setup file from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer
  2. Close Firefox, then run the Adobe Flash setup file to install Flash.

I've already done that, but it keeps telling me that I'm missing the plug-in.

I missed it first time, but you have an old version of Flash already installed, you can try updating to the latest version (version 10.2) to see if it helps.

The system requirements page of the site also mentions that Windows media Player is required. If you do not already have Windows Media Player installed you can get it from http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/products/windows-media-player

Once you have Windows Media Player (WMP) installed, you will need to install the WMP plugin for Firefox to enable Firefox to use WMP. As you have Windows 7, a simple way to install the plugin is to install this add-on - http://www.interoperabilitybridges.com/html5-extension-for-wmp-plugin

I appreciate your help, but this is way too complicated. I called Microsoft and they walked me through how to fix the problem. Thanks for your help...
