Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Is the problem still there?

I've called the big guys to help you. Good luck.

Please follow these directions. Turn off the computer.

Once the computer is powered down, start the computer AND as the computer is booting, repeatedly press the <F8> key to call up the boot menu. One of the choices may be to repair the computer. Select it and wait for the report.
