Hi, I have problem with zebra tpl 2844 label printer and firefox. Im trying to print out labels from Firefox but I cant adjust firefox label background with the printer paper dimensions. After every printed label I get 3 empty labeles. I cant fix this neither in Firefox or printer preferences (paper dimension). It seems like firefox doesnt acept printer paper parrameters, it determines the dimensions of backround as it fits. With Iexplorer I didnt have such problems. Do u have any Idea why is this so with firefox?

Okay, I fugured how to print out webpage from firefox and I am familiar with the way how to print. The problem is that for some reason, when printing from Firefox the printer throws out empty pappers. This problem happends when I am printing labels from firefox. I click print, and in the printer properties I set up the dimension of paper to exmp. 8*9,5cm, and in firefox print preview the preview looks like 8*20cm. Every time I open the web page (label) so I could print it, firefox stretches the background(paper) size to 12*24cm although the default paper size in the default printer is 8*9,5cm. After setting the paper size in Firefox at 8 * 9.5cm, and the preview still looks like it's 8 * 20cm, and the printer prints 1 marked label and after it it prints 2 blank labels. I guess that comes so because it looks like the print preview. Do you have any idea why firefox avoids to adjust the background dimensions according to dimension of pritnter paper? I hope you now understand what the problem is. Below is a picture how it looks like whem the label is set from Firefox to print on the 8x9, 5cm size paper. This is no 8*9,5cm, no matter what.

Okay, reset didnt do much for me. The result is the same. I have 3 computers with the same problem. In printers and devices, my default paper size is 8*9.5cm. (Pic1) Picture 2 shows when I want to print out from mozilla, how firefox by it self defines paper size to 12.4*27.94cm. Pic 3 shows how every time when I want to print I must change the paper dimension value to 8*9.5cm. Although I change the value, and press print I get 3 papers out as shown on picture 5. When I want to print again the same label, when I push ctrl+p end when I enter the printer prefferences, the paper size is again 12.4*27.94cm. What else do you sugest. Do you want me to send you "about:config" priter settings picture, maby there is something wrong that I don't notice.

Did you reset all the prefs for that particular printer?

more options

Ofcourse I did, I have done exactly as you adviced but the problem remains. Firefox always stretches the image to 12.4*27.94cm, every time I open the page. Why it do not adjust the page size according to the size of the paper in the printer? If u want I could send you printscreen of my about:config for that printer.
