Can the ancient Fractal Image plug-in be made to work in Firefox
In the 1990's, Michael Barnsley's company, Iterated Systems, created a high compression program known as Fractal Imager. The fractal image output (fif's) could then be opened by an external viewer using the Fractal Image plug-in. This plug-in could be downloaded from the Iterated Systems website. The company no longer exists. I have the plug-in but it no longer can be uploaded to Firefox. Is it possible to redesign the plug-in so that is can be uploaded into Firefox and so that it opens up my fif images?
