Hi when I uninstall TB and re install it still has old accounts info. I want an empty TB to then bring in new accounts / email accounts

The purest way, assuming Windows, is to use windows file explorer, locate c:\users\<yourid>\appdata\roaming and delete the folder named Thunderbird. Do this after uninstalling thunderbird and it will reinstall clean.
