When I try To get on it keeps coming up couldn't load xp.com
I can't get on Firefox I tried to uninstall it and then reload it but I could not get it to uninstall

Let’s do a full clean re-install; Download Firefox For All languages And Systems {web link} Save the file. Then Close Firefox.
Using your file browser, open the Programs Folder on your computer.
Windows: C:\Program Files

Mac: Open the "Applications" folder.
