IE: Single tap and the following appear right below the bar.

I need to enable popups for a site that I use frequently for work. I keep getting an error message saying to enable them, but I don't see a way to do it. The dialog box asks if I want to allow the page to open, but it just goes to a blank page. It works fine on my laptop. I run strict ETP, but have turned it off for this site.

Bonjour, Depuis aujourd'hui j'ai tout mes marques page qui sont inversé dans ma liste, les dossiers sont tout en bas et dans le désordre alors qu'avant ils étaient en tête de liste c'est très embêtant.
