I have many many emails ( 200 folders with 20 to 30 emails each) for a rental business that I need to permanently store for recovery in the future in the event of my computer failure. Is there anyway to store these in a cloud file or remote hard drive or a CD or DVD as a backup?

In addition I have an Inquire file with 400 messages a month that I would like to store each year in a manner to be able to search later.

Thank you.

I think the import export tools will do that for you on both counts.

The actual importing time on an MBOX file is as low as copying it really.

Edit to add the link I forgot https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/importexporttools/
