HP Product manual links not resolving

Attempted to link to the URL noted below and link is not found. I copy the URL from FireFox and paste it into Chrome and the URL is found.

Firefox has been working great for many years. Yahoo default URL is very annoying. I'm considering boycotting everything Yahoo.

No problems here with Firefox 9.0.1

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Thanks. I'll give this a try next time.

Previously, I created a different profile and the problem happened on the new profile too. After deleting the new profile and going back to the default profile, the links started resolving. Wierd...
