when clicking home goes to new blank page and home page in background
updated to latest version of Firefox Google set as home page, when you click home page that page goes to home page but it opens a blank page too and now im on that blank page, then you have to click back to the original page to get to your home page. why is it moving me to the blank page? thanks for your help, I never should have updated it. using windows 7

That could happen if you have a "|" keyboard character in your home page setting. That character is used to separate URLs when you have a home page setting with multiple pages.
