Toolbar disapears when move mouse up it reappears but without the firefox drop down and now my bookmark icon is gone

My toolbar is gone when you open firefox can't see tabs that are open or anything. But if you move the mouse to the top of the screen it appears but it does not show the firefox tab and now my bookmark icon is not on the toolbar but the home icon is.

F11 toggles the Fullscreen mode on & off
