How do I remove bookmarks from firefox in Max OS? I right click and nothing happens. I hit "delte" and nothing happens. I tried the "organize bookmarks" but there is no delete function.
I'm unable to delete bookmarks, nor can I remove the toolbar that says "getting started" "latest hadlines".
I've tried everything - right clicking, hiting the delete button, "organize books marks" - nothing seems to allow me to delete old booksmarks.

You can try Shift + Delete
There should be a Delete item in the menu of the Organize button in the Library (left button of the three buttons next to the Back and Forward buttons).
You can't delete the default main folders (Bookmarks Toolbar and Bookmarks Menu and Unsorted Bookmarks).
You can only remove individual bookmarks or in the case of RSS feeds like the latest headlines the folder that specifies such a feed.
