Firefox crashes when I load a page that uses the Franklin Gothic font.
Hello. Firefox (and Word 2008 for that matter) has been crashing whenever it tries to load / use a front from the "Franklin Gothic" font family. I've looked around for solutions, but most just recommend removing the font; I'm trying to see how else I can fix the problem, as I need to use Franklin Gothic... a lot.
Any help is appreciated! Thanks.

Do you have only one version of that font?
You can do a check for corrupted fonts and other font issues: http://www.creativetechs.com/iq/garbled_fonts_troubleshooting_guide.html - CreativeTechs Tips: Garbled Fonts Troubleshooting Guide http://www.thexlab.com/faqs/multipleappsquit.html - Font Book 2.0 Help: Checking for damaged fonts

found another copy of the font, and it's working now! sometimes the simplest ways escape me in the midst of troubleshooting.
