firefox 114.0 (32-bit) the menu to save a bookmark in a certain folder no longer opens

When trying to save a bookmark, the menu used to select the folder no longer opens. The bookmark will just be saved in a folder that was selected before the update with this bug. But Firefox does not indicate which folder it was.

Help: The menue to choose a corresponding folder for a bookmark should be reactivated.
