Cannot send emails from my thunderbird account - can receive, but not send - keep getting this message:

Sending of the message failed. Failed due to unexpected error 80004005. No description is available. The message could not be sent using Outgoing server (SMTP) smtp.dorsetoccupationalhealth.co.uk for an unknown reason. Please verify that your Outgoing server (SMTP) settings are correct and try again.

Any help very welcome :o)

Is your domain hosted by gridhost.co.uk? This source states the (secure) outgoing server is mail3.gridhost.co.uk on 465, SSL/TLS, authentication = normal password, User Name = email address, but if you use (non-secure) mail.dorsetoccupationalhealth.co.uk, it should go through port 25 with connection security = none, authentication = password, transmitted insecurely.
