after update to 60.5.2, cannot send any type of fails from desktop by thunderburd cannot send pdf fails directly from Foxit reader If i won to send some fail must to go to thunderbird and attach fails

This function was broken in TB 60.5.2, and there is an active bug report:

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1251452

You can downgrade to 60.5.1 if you wish - the profile folder with all data is not affected.
