If I have more than one home page on Firefox for Windows, will it sync with Firefox for Android on the same Firefox Sync account? (January 26, 2019)

Hi

If you mean open tabs, yes, these should sync across.

We are doing further work to make Sync and Frefox Accounts more awesome, so this could be change or enhanced in future updates.
