Hi, that looks about right since I see it disabled. You will need to find out from Trend Micro if this is a paid version update it / and when they will make a compatible toolbar. I doubt they can or want to due to security rules Mozilla has placed on allowing these Extensions to run in Firefox. https://www.howtogeek.com/333230/why-firefox-had-to-kill-your-favorite-extension/
You can replace that with these (i use both) :
- https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/malwarebytes/
Or use the link to search for something you want.
I would suggest using adblockers as they block other stuff also. uBlock Origin and Ghostery are very good, they will break pages untill learn how to set them for your most popular sites. Malwarebytes will also since it blocks 3rd party cookies but everything as a off switch or a exception.
Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
Please go to Help --> About and update to version 62
Please uninstall and install the latest and last drivers for your adapterDescription: ATI Radeon HD 4200 driverDate: 5-11-2010
As there should be something from 2012 0r 13 available.

It is the Trend Micro Toolbar extension that the separate Trend Micro Maximum Security antivirus installed in Firefox.
If this extension is being disabled then the version of the extension is not compatible with the version of Firefox you have.
The Firefox web browser has no impact on your Trend Micro Maximum Security antivirus client installed on Windows.
