emptied e-mails and trash still says i have no disc space in only one address

have several e-mail addresses. One still claims 'not enough disc space' still even after I did what it suggested and emptied/deleted almost all e-mails and emptied/deleted all trash....rebooted several times still will not allow messages to come through still. Help!?

Did you compact folders after deleting? If not, do that.
